Complete the Intake Form

If we decide to move forward, we'll send you a brief intake form to gather background information. This helps us come prepared with context so we can hit the ground running — no repeating yourself.

03

Assessment & Goal Setting

We'll conduct an initial assessment — observing, interviewing, and gathering data — to build a clear picture. Together, we set meaningful, achievable goals that fit your family's daily life and priorities.

04

Receive Your Tailored Plan

You receive a clear, written behavior support plan with step-by-step strategies you can actually implement. We don't hand you a binder and disappear — we coach you through it and adjust as your family grows.

What families often want to know

Who do you work with?

We work with children and adults across a range of ages and diagnoses — including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other behavioral concerns. We also support caregivers and families directly.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Anthem
  • Aetna
  • Magellan

Please contact us if you have questions about billing or if your insurance isn't listed — we're happy to talk through your options.

How long does the process take?

Every family's journey is different. Some families benefit from a short-term assessment and a few coaching sessions; others engage in longer-term support. We'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific goals.
